He qualified as a Solicitor in 2010. He has a large amount of experience in Criminal and Regulatory Litigation.
He is equally as happy advising either people or corporate entities at the Police Station, Magistrates Court or Crown Court. He is a qualified Higher Court Advocate and regularly appears as an advocate at Crown Courts across London and beyond. He has successfully defended a large number of Corporate clients charged with a variety of offences ranging from Business Crime, Cash Seizure and Forfeiture, Confiscation and Asset Seizure, Pre-Charge Representation and Proactive Defence, Professional Discipline & Director Disqualification, Road Traffic and Motoring Offences, Serious Fraud, Surveillance & Interception, Criminal Appeals, Criminal Interview Advice and Representation
Alex also has a real interest in Court Martials and has appeared before all the Court Martial Court Centres in England and abroad.
He was trained in Lincolnshire under the direct supervision of Mr Gilbert Blades and has developed this area expertise over since his qualification. Coming from a military family he is able to understand the unique ethos of Armed Forces and the pressures that those who serve Queen and Country find themselves under.
Alex is very approachable, discreet and thinks “outside the box” as he provides high-quality representation to all those who instruct him.
In his spare time, he is sports mad, watching anything both live and on TV, much to his wife’s displeasure.
