Randip is a highly qualified Civil Litigation Paralegal currently working within the Aviation Department. She has a wide spectrum of Legal knowledge and experience gained from the UK’s Leading and renowned law firms ranging from the Magic Circle, Silver Circle and Top-Tier Firms all within ‘The Legal 500’.

Randip graduated from BPP Law School and achieved a distinction in the Legal Practice Course. She has represented and defended high profile clients including companies belonging to the ‘FTSE 100’. Randip has worked on a number of eminent regulatory investigations with an encompassing exposure as she has worked for both the government regulator and the business. Her experience and background have been attained from a variety of specialised sectors. She has also worked on high profile property cases and business mergers that have been under heavy scrutiny in the media.

She has earned consistent praise for her meticulous approach in her work conduct and a keen eye for attention to detail. During all her previous roles she has received promotions and similarly since joining Oracle, within a short time frame Randip received a company award for her reliability, rapid development, ability to grasp complex cases and plead a robust defence for her clients.

Randip has a strong work ethic and a sharp ability to strategise the most complex cases and puts a high standard of client service at the heart of everything she does. The extensive experience she has gained has skilfully equipped her to deliver the client’s desired outcome and to always listen to their needs. She has worked on a substantial range of aviation cases consisting of EU261/2004 and Montreal Convention claims, utilising her expertise to successfully defend Oracle’s major airline client.

Randip thoroughly enjoys fundraising and is a keen believer in donating to charities. She regularly works in partnership with top tier firms participating in pro-bono clinics across London.
