Patrizia is the head of HR at the firm since December 2021.

She graduated in foreign languages and literatures at University L’Orientale in Naples.

Her primary concern is the implementation of strategic HR decisions, as well as overseeing recruitment and selection, career development, compensation and benefits, employee welfare and graduate recruitment.
