Claire coordinates and supervises all of the operations across the business. She works closely with the management team to develop policies, implement compliance and ensure profitability.
Claire is a lawyer and non-practising barrister. She is a corporate and commercial specialist; tailoring her advice to help her clients achieve their strategic and financial aims. Claire has a wealth of experience in commercial litigation, helping corporates solve high-value contract disputes. Her clients include large international corporates and SMEs. She offers them strategic advice, establishing a methodology that reduces the financial impact of any dispute.
Claire is a seasoned negotiator. She gets to know her client’s business and identifies their goals, then considers the options establishing the strengths and weaknesses of their situation. Once parameters are outlined, she finds suitable solutions that match their needs, which always considers aspects like reputation.
Claire’s forensic approach to reviewing commercial contracts and exceptional litigation skills ensure her clients get the best outcomes. She understands that disputes could impact any future commercial relationship with the customer and her advice is tailored to the individual situation.
Claire was essential in the development of Oracle’s Aviation team, which is she helped develop and establish to provide tailored services to the aviation market.
Claire is passionate about promoting women’s rights. She is a member of various women’s leadership associations including the International Women’s Aviation Association.
