Tony Mead is Head of Corporate and is based in our London office. He works with the teams in the other 8 Oracle offices around the world and leads the relationship with the firm’s international network IPG International Practice Group, giving direct access to more than 130 firms of specialist advisers on tax accountancy and law globally.
His extensive international career is marked by the ability to provide tailored advice and solve complex legal issues. Tony deals M&A, cross-border agreements, inward and outward investment offshore companies, and trusts. He advises HNW families and family offices in multiple jurisdictions, particularly in relation to the relocation of properties, businesses, companies, and chattels (including boats and art) from one jurisdiction to another and the administration of complex multi-jurisdictional estates.
Within the corporate team are lawyers specialising in private equity, technology, sport, media and communications, outsourcing, real estate, trusts, private wealth, and commercial litigation.
Tony is very familiar with the complexities of non-UK jurisdictions and has advised on the acquisition and sale of hotels leisure facilities, care homes, the set up of medical dental, and diagnostic facilities, and specialist treatment centres in the UK with a team advising on property, planning, employment, operating leases, and VAT.
Tony understands clients' unique needs and business objectives and customises his legal advice to align with clients' goals with clarity enabling them to make informed decisions. His experience equips him to solve intricate legal issues efficiently and effectively. His analytical skills are invaluable to clients in providing clear advice.
