Sarah Sandy is an accomplished property lawyer, who has been practising since her qualification in 2003. She initially built her career in Lincoln, where she practiced for many years before becoming an equity partner at Larken & Co in Newark. She later joined Langley’s as a partner before relocating her practice to London.
Sarah has extensive experience representing commercial portfolio landlords, commercial and residential developers, and handling high-value residential transactions. She has a particular expertise in franchise law, providing comprehensive legal support to numerous franchisees on their agreements and leasehold matters. Her pragmatic approach is underscored by a commitment to clear communication and efficient resolution of legal matters.
In addition to her legal practice, Sarah is accredited by the Civil Mediation Council (CMC) as a mediator, offering her expertise in civil meditations both online and in person.
Sarah also contributed to legal academia as a senior lecturer at the University of Lincoln, where she taught Land Law and Equity and Trusts for five years.
