Giovanna is the HR Administrator responsible for employee life cycle at Oracle Solicitors in Italy.

She holds a bachelor’s degree in HR International management from the University of Barcelona along with a master’s degree in HR Development.

She has experience as HRBP and deep knowledge of HR management in various fields.

Her role includes the attraction, selection and development of solicitors, other fee earners and business support staff.

Giovanna’s native language is Italian but also speaks fluently English, Spanish and Chinese.
