Ning is Chinese lawyer registered in Frankfurt Bar Association practicing in Chinese and international law in Germany. He plays the role as Head of China Desk in the Frankfurt office and take charge of new clients acquiring and relationships keeping for all Oracle offices.

Ning had a comprehensive experiences in energy sector, including reverse acquisition of a listed company, M&A of chemical plants, greenfield investment of coal mine and solar parks, international trade of energy products such as LNG, LPG and petrochemicals.

Before joining Oracle Solicitors, Ning had worked as the head of legal in an energy enterprise’s European HQ, M&A manager of an investment fund and business development manager of a Swiss energy company.

Ning is specialised in M&A/Corporate law, assets valuation, contract law, financial law and immigration law. In addition to professional competence, his broad network of energy sector in Europe and China had always brought business opportunities and benefited for his clients.
