What is a Civil Partnership Dissolution?

A Civil Partnership Dissolution is a court order ending your Civil Partnership.

You are required to have been in a Civil Partnership for at least a year before you can apply to the Court to end it. You are not free to enter into another Civil Partnership until this process is complete.

The only ground for dissolving a Civil Partnership is an irretrievable breakdown of the relationship.
